    Chapter 1
    Dapplekit woke up to a small paw prodding her. "Dapplekit! Wake up!" Dapplekit groggily opened her eyes and realized it was Cinderkit, her sister. Cinderkit was a fluffy gray she-cat with a white patch on her chest and blue eyes. Dapplekit rolled back over. "Go away, Cinderkit. I'm trying to sleep." "But Dapplekit! Stormstar's making us apprentices!" Dapplekit was awake in an instant. "Really?" She asked Cinderkit excitedly. "Yes," meowed her mother, Silverbreeze. Silverbreeze was a silver tabby with leaf green eyes and their father, Ashclaw, was pale gray with blue eyes. Dapplekit was the only one that was not grayish or silver. "Now, you need to hurry," Silverbreeze said. She quickly plucked a piece of moss dangling from Dapplekit's ear. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a Clan meeting!" Stormstar yowled. Silverbreeze pricked her ears. "It's time," whispered Cinderkit. The three cats stepped out of the den. "Cinderkit, Dapplekit, step forward." Dapplekit came closer. "Dapplekit, do you promise to learn hard and to understand the ways of the warrior code?" "I do!" Dapplekit sqeaked. She shuffled her paws and said it again. "I do." "Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your apprentice name. From this moment on, until you become a warrior, you shall be known as Dapplepaw. Hollyfeather, you are a brave and worthy warrior, and I hope you will pass on these qualities to Dapplepaw." |The Clan deputy is mentoring me! I'm so lucky!| Dapplepaw touched noses with Hollyfeather. Stormstar used the same words for Cinderpaw and chose Bramblefrost to mentor her. Dapplepaw looked to see Silverbreeze and Ashclaw ready to burst with pride. "Dapplepaw! Cinderpaw!" The Clan cheered. Cinderpaw ran up to her. "We're apprentices!" She squealed. "I can't wait to train together!" Dapplepaw mewed agreement. Hollyfeather padded up to her. "Dapplepaw, ready to come on a tour of the territory?" "Can I come too?" Cinderpaw asked. "If Bramblefrost says it's okay," said Hollyfeather. "It's fine," Bramblefrost rumbled. Dapplepaw could hardly hold in her excitement. She was an apprentice of PineClan!

    I liked it! Although I did notice a lot, in fact all but the mother, had first names from Thunderclan. You do that on purpose? :). I also have a character application. As follows: <p>

    Patchkit <p>

    Gender: Tom <p>

    Age: 4 moons <p>

    Personality: Patchkit is an only-kit and looks up at the sisters extremely highly. He is an energetic little furball, and he is always nagging to learn battle moves and crouchs. <p>

    Apperance: Patchkit is black an white all over with green eyes <p>
