It's been about two weeks since the fire. Two weeks since I lost litterally everything. My family. My home. All of it, gone. Turned to ash. Ashes, however, don't just mark the end, but they can also mark the beginning of something new. A new life. Even though I have nothing now, I know that things will be better. I know that phoenixes rise from the ashes to start again at life. And that is just what I will do. It'll take a while, and will be hard at first, but I know I can do it. I just have to stay positive and believe in myself. I will miss my family, no doubt. I have been mournig their loss since the day it happened. But I know that they would be proud of me for not letting this tragedy destroy me. I will not let it destroy me. I will put the broken peices back together not just for me, but for them. Because I am a phoenix, and I will rise from the ashes. (Thanks for reading!!! Please tell me what you thought! -Ocean)
