About the Author

Kate Richards lives in Sunny Southern California with her wonderful husband and menagerie of pets. Catalina Island is one of her favorite spots at the holidays, and provided the backdrop for Christmas in Avalon. While she never actually spent Christmas there, she did spend a number of New Years Eves there, in her single days, and highly recommends it as a festive place for that special night.

Ms. Richards did a great job incorporating the men's past in the story without it feeling like the entire book was reminiscing about days gone by. I like that Gina was the catalyst between the two men...Bottom line, your holidays will be a little bit brighter with Avalon for Christmas under your e-tree!
