Overview

Fifteen year-old Angela was an average girl living in Boston, or so she thought. She was subconsciously guided to an eccentric looking triangular necklace. The necklace had an eye center symbol with circles on each vertex. The true meaning of the necklace was far from her comprehension. The necklaces unknown power caused her to attract dark fiends in her dream. She was discovered by a spiritual mentor named Mary from a transcendent world. Mary taught her how to manage the powers she never knew she possessed. Angela, Mary, and her new friends go on a journey to eliminate darkness that stirs up the universe.

About the Author

Jazmine L. Swanson passion for fantasy, anime, and science fiction influenced her to write her first novel Avalon: Journey to the Transcendent World. She also became inspired in 2006 due to encouragement from family and friends while she was only in the eighth grade. She then completed her novel at the beginning of her tenth grade year. She enjoyed participating in various guest speaking events including the schools in hopes to inspire her peers and other aspiring writers.
