Editorial Reviews

Books of the Southwest
A valuable work for those interested in Chicano, ethnic and southwestern studies.
La Red
The political significance of this volume is greater than the reader can easily surmise. . . . Most highly recommended.
San Antonio Express-News
This anthology is important and useful for two reasons. For those who were involved in the Chicano movement, the essays provide an important summary of what Aztlan meant . . . For everyone else, this collection of essays is an excellent starting point for understanding the changes in the social and political life of Mexican Americans.
