This book is amazing for any new parent. It answered a lot of questions I didn't even know I had and saved me a lot of potential worrying. Great tips for sleeping, eating, when to go to the doctor, etc. One of the authors is a doctor and both are moms themselves so they have plenty of first hand experience to be writing this book. I would recommend reading it before you have your baby as there is some great stuff in there about the first few days with your new baby; although, if you're like me, you will reference back to this book many times over that first year. This book will now be my go to baby shower gift because I think every new parent should read it.
