The seven Davis brothers made a promise to their mother on her deathbed: they would each make something of their lives. And they vowed they would watch over eighteen-year-old Zabu Davis, their baby brother. Intelligent, driven, and charismatic, Baby Brother had resisted the lure of Brooklyn street life and was headed for Stanford University on a pre-med scholarship. But on the eve of his departure for California, in a split second of blinding violence, Baby Brother's life is thrown onto a tragic collision course. Soon, his devoted brothers follow a path of blood justice that will rock the city streets. Baby Brother was their pride and joy. Now, he's their reason to fight for vengeance.

    Very Disappointing

I am a huge fan of urban books and this 1 was very disappointing. The book was very short and it didn't have a lot of drama or detail.

    A reviewer

I can't believe that this was actually advertised as a book. This was more like a short story and should have been put with others to make a complete book. All of her tales are starting to sound like a broken record repeating.

    OK

I expected more drama from this book. Especially after I just finished Death Before Dishonor. Good book, but not filled w/as much drama than what is expected.

    I applaud 50 & Noire

This is the first book, I've read of these series of books by 50cent. I can honestly say that I enjoyed reading this book. I read it in one day. It was a very easy read and good one. I am going to see if the other books are any good
