Beautiful babies here to show,
all the colors in a rainbow!

In Baby Colors, little ones will love looking at vibrant, bold images of other fellow babies, as they listen along to the sweet rhyming text. With different colors and objects on each spread - including a bright yellow banana, a bouquet of red roses, a fuzzy brown teddy bear, and more - this sturdy board book is a great way for babies to learn their colors.

This heartwarming new board book series by Rachael Hale introduces basic concepts to the very youngest (and cutest!) of readers. Featuring irresistible photographs of babies as they play, sleep, explore, and delight in all the unique wonders of the world around them, these books are the perfect gift for new arrivals, baby showers, birthdays, and more!

Editorial Reviews

Kirkus Reviews
Adorable babies (is there any other kind?), mostly white but some with darker skin, cavort on different-colored backgrounds to a pretty standard doggerel praisesong: "Lovely baby, / wiggly toes, / stops to smell / a sweet RED rose." And so on. Given the appeal of photographs of other babies to the target audience and the penetration of the Rachael Hale brand, this is likely to reach out to a broad readership. The subtlety of some of the color differentiations (orange and yellow are awfully close in hue) and busyness of other compositions demonstrates, however, that the board-book dollar would still be better spent on the fortuitously timed reprint of Margaret Miller's I Love Colors. This book is wonderful for so many reasons. My son enjoys looking at the other babies! He points out objects in the pictures such as the banana and when we get to the baby in the bath he asks to take a bath! We practice his colors, words and sign language.

This was my sons favorite book starting from when we first bought it at around 9 months. It was the first book that he really was engaged with and wanted to read over and over again. It now has been taped up several times we may need a new copy soon. He is going on two and still likes it, though he's moved on to books with more plot and story line but he still gets excited when he sees it. I credit this book partially with getting him engaged in books and reading. He loves story time. I give this book now as a shower gift or for babies one and under. He also liked the other book by Rachel Hale "Baby Giggles". I also recommend "Global Babies" I love the cultural diversity in that one the text isn't as good but the pictures are amazing.

This is the first book my 9 month old really took an interest in. She LOVES it! Likes to look at the colors, pictures, turn pages, just giggles every time she sees it. Actually sits still to listen. Would recommend this to anyone!

My 8 month old son loves this book! He loves all the pictures of the babies in it. One of the only books I've found that holds his attention for the whole book.
