We first came across MIMI'S TOES seven years ago when we received it for a baby shower for my firstborn. He loved playing with this little book from about six months of age, and I loved the ability to wipe it clean. This was one of his favorites and he repeatedly preferred us to read this book aloud to him again and again. The phrasing, repetition, and rhyming in this book are very catchy and we had the little book memorized quite quickly. He still enjoyed this book at two. Seven years later our little girl (who is now four) has also enjoyed this book. Now our baby (seven months) is enjoying it, as well. When we were setting up the nursery and putting the "baby books" in the bookshelf my seven-year-old picked it up and said, "Oh, look, Mom! It's Mimi's Toes!" He immediately plopped down and read it aloud. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This story is really cute way to introduce babies to bath time routine and the different parts of their bodies. It is a great way to bond with your child while taking a bath. The rhyme and rhythm of the story will make the child excited. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

My daughter loves this book. She is 16 1/2 months now and we have been reading it at bathtime for at least 6-8 months. She loves Mimi and the pictures in the book. It also helped her to learn certain body parts that are 'washed' during the book. And of course the repetition of Mama tickling Mimi's toes is a hit with her. My daughter usually asks for the book to be read at least twice during her bath. It has also held up great, no deterioration of the book so far.Was this review helpful?
