Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature
DK has a new line of books--"Stroller Books." They have a springy strap that can be attached to a stroller, crib, car seat, etc. with no difficulty. Babies and toddlers can look at the books and then give them a shove or a toss and there is no need for concern, they won't go far, because they are firmly attached. The pictures in this one are vintage DK--crisp photographs depict a selection of attractive babies of diverse ethnic backgrounds. They are shown laughing, making noise, clapping, etc. The simple text matches the pictures. 2000, DK Publishing,

    Our Favorite Book

My daughter is 7 months old and she loves this book. It shows different babies with different emotions (happy, sad, puzzled...) I vary the tone of my voice appropriately when I "read" each emotion, and she smiles and smiles.

    Baby Faces Number One

I love this book especially when I see other babies that are cute too. There's mad face, happy face, sad face crying face. Well if you love babies then get this book for your infant or child in preschool or two at at the latest. The cutest stage babies get into is about 18 months to about 3.5

    okay

Much smaller book than I remember. Made in China which is also not good for a child's book. Lovely photos!
