    Great book for babies

This is a wonderful book to start using with babies. At first the colors will attract their attention. As they mature, they will be more interested in the baby faces and then the food. The text is up to the reader. Vocabulary will develop as you talk about what is shown on the page and in time ask that certain items be pointed to or ask for the word for certain items when your little one is ready for that step. It's an engaging book for toddlers, too, since it's not too big, the board pages are easy to turn and they can relate to the pictures often times 'reading' it to themselves or to you.
