FUntastic illustations... great presentation and very informative

this was given to me as a gift for my second child...love the pictures and all the illustations and the flash cards...
even my older son, who is 3 yrs. old had fun sorting out the flash cards and enjoying the book with the little one.
I highly recommend this book. It's quite informative especially for new parents.
My pediatrician has a copy in his office...so this is an endorsement on his part.

Great, easy to manage reading for new parents!

I felt like reading the What to Expect book became my homework. Each week I would sit down to read my chapter. This book answers the big questions and reminds me that I am doing ok. Everybody has tough moments and needs a little help! The stories are short and helpful. This book is full of answers to quell anxiety not make new ones.

    not too impressed

Not more than a box of flashcards. Information about child development was good but all in all - not worth the price I paid. Rather boring.

Love it. Best baby book out there!

I received this book for a gift and I love it. It is very easy to read and refer back to as needed. It also comes with a nice set of educational cards. Great for first time Moms.

    practical-great presentation

I bought this book for my daughter, first time mother. the information that my daughter got out of this is enormous. She is into it more than the other books ./ Besides, the baby is now 7 months old and he's fascinated with the illustations and the colors.
I recommend it to babysitters as well.
