If you don't want to take control of your life -- skip this book. If you do, here's your chance. Dr. Hanscom covers more than back pain. He provides a prescription for wholeness in body and mind. Everyone who suffers from physical or mental pain -- anxiety -- should read this book. It is the pathway to living freely. Thank you doctor.
