    Use The BackSmart Fitness Plan!

    After doing the exercises from the begining to end I thought all I got was a warm-up not a workout! Try the BackSmart Fitness Plan instead for a complete workout pain free!

    probably the best written book yet on back pain

    very informative and reader friendly. the exercise program is easy to follow and has already made a big difference in my pain and mobility

    very informative with a great exercise program

    the book covers all aspects of treatments for low back pain including first aid section if you are in pain right now. the exercise program has been clinically proven to work. kudos to the authors

    A must read!

    This book was very informative, but more importantly the exercises have helped me to get back to an active life style. I am so glad my friend who is a physical therapist recommended this book to me. I had a herniated disk and was able to avoid surgery by following the exercises in this book. After a month of being dedicated to these exercises I am able to run and work out again. I continue to keep all of these stretches in my regular exercise routine!

    It's excellent treatment !

    I was so nervous when I had low back pain at 50-year-old age in 2005.I got this book, then I followed this book's instruction for several weeks. It made me surprised and happy that my symptom was disappeared.Since I have practiced every night before my bedtime for seven years. My low back pain never goes back! .I write this review because I just introduce this book to my manager.
