    Love the book!!!!

Read the book in 5 days, couldn't put it down when I got home from the hospital after having spine surgery. Wish I had the book while I was either in the hospital or before I had my surgery. The author did a beautiful job at keeping the experience real from prepping for surgery to the hospital stay all they way through recovery. At the end of the book she has a section of recovery tips to make recovery easier.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is having spine surgery or anyone who knows someone who is having spine surgery just so they know what their bodies are having to go through.
