Meet the Author

I am a computer guy with a love for outdoor activities.

When I started writing Backlash, I wanted to write a book that I would want to read. Which worked out well because I had to read it a number of times before I was done. My goal was to produce a fast paced adventure that was easy to read--focusing on the story rather than a bunch of fancy words. I don't know fancy words.

    Fast paced

A bit of Dirk Pitt meets Indiana Jones type adventure. Well written, fast paced. Ended rather abruptly. Could have used more story line weaved into the adventure, but an enjoyable read.

    OK Read

The hero was obviously a MacGyver cousin - he was always able to find the correct tunnel, through which he was able to get to another level to confront another.

It was a modern day Dungeons & Dragons, Level 1, except there was no magic and no way to increase your survival level or hit points.
