This book is good and has a lot of helpful recipe in one book so you don't have to google around. But it doesn't have a lot of pictures to show how each step are being prepped. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was just all written recipe. You can definitely find these online with more information and pictures to see if you're doing it right a long the way.
