Typical Linda Leal Miller novel. The women are bird brained, bipolar, immature twits. The men have more patience than Job. Good love scenes, passionate. Plots are drawn out longer than they should. She confuses drama for passion and it's annoying, but I do enjoy her books, even if I roll my eyes a thousand times.

This is one of my favorite books by Miller. I love her cowboy books but after reading 30 or more of them this was a nice change! The book is greatly written and brought in great characters, I cant wait to read the rest of the series!

Just the right amount of mystery, fun, conflict, and great romance. The characters and locations are so well-described, you feel like you are there. A great read, and it makes you want to continue reading the other books in this series.
