A native of Coshocton OH, CJ lives in PA with her partner, Robert Cosmar, who is also an author. She is a published poet, writer & children's author who loves writing poetry for adults and children, fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, essays, three blogs and a website for children, parents and teachers. CJ is also Vietnam War widow.

    How to talk to your child

    Nothing is better then a hug from someone you love or who loves you. Hugs from the heart are even better because they touch us far deeper. In her first book Barking Spiders (and Other such Stuff) CJ uses words, imagery and feelings to create a bridge between hearts. Children can be difficult at times, but reading to them can be an excellent way to reach the love inside you and them.
