It' a great looking book to add to your collection. Maybe not has sturdy as the original version from Megadodo publications. But a lot cheaper, since you don't have to pay a shipping fee from Ursa minor beta. Yes, there's a sticker for the green planet and maybe the leather is not made of the highest grade. But it's still well made and fun to carry around. It's quite a conversation piece, because of it DON'T PANIC written in large friendly letters at the back of the cover. The sizes of the fonts are just right, so you can read in low lighting areas, in a car, in the subway or on a towel. I recommend this book to any semi- sentient life form. So long and thanks for all the fish.

Rarely do you see these classic pieces of literature rendered with such sophisticated elegance and beauty, faithfully honoring and respecting the equally unique, creative literary material loved by generations of readers. I have been enjoying them all, and eagerly look forward to each new addition to the series.
Hopefully, the publisher (who appears to be unreachable) will keep releasing more of these fine collected works, including such classic writers as Baum, Milne, Kipling, Twain, London, Melville, Hemingway, Stoker, Shelley, as well as other poets like Virgil, Longfellow, Keats, Eliot, Hawthorne, and Blake.
Time will tell, but hope is alive. Get on board with these fantastic masterpieces of literature, and be swept away in worlds of imagination!

A great book!
I bought this for my significant other, for Christmas, as he is a huge fan of this series. He watches the movie over and over, but had never read the other stories to the series. Now he has them, and in such a nicely done leatherbound book. I would have liked to get the other version of this leatherbound book, as it was a little classier, and less hokey - alas, they were out of stock. But I think that this one does go with the overall mood of the book (silliness) and my sig other liked it. A nice addition to my leatherbound library which will quickly grow, I think.

This. Series. Is. Amazing. It's riveting. And awesome. I absolutely loved it. And after you read it you appreciate all of the references on the cover. I would suggest test reading one of the books or part of one book before buying but just because there are five books so it's important to know you'll like at least one :). This also means that this is a great value because it's only four dollars for any one of the books.
As for the sticker on the cover, many of the leatherbounds are accented with stickers. It shouldn't come off at all, because they want it to stay together in stores. If this happens to you, there is either a quality anomaly or a care issue. But if you haven't dropped it in water or anything it's a quality issue.

This is a great price for a leather bound book and the binding itself is good quality however this book must only have been intended to sit on a shelf and look pretty and not actually be read. The green guy on the front is just a sticker...your run of the mill kid's sticker. Within an hour of having this book one of his fingers has already started to peel off. This was very disappointing. It was still a good deal since it was only five dollars more that the paperback but if you are going to bother to bind it in leather then please do not be cheap and put a sticker on the cover!
