A must for any investment professional new to the game!

As a recent college graduate who did not major in economics, I found myself a little overwhelmed by my first job in the investment industry. This book saved me. Reading it once through put me years ahead of where I was when I started. Its descriptions are understandable and perfect for the beginner. This book surpasses other 'how to' books on investments in its thoroughness. I now use this book as a complete reference manual for my position in securities and investments. I am often astounded that when I have the most obscure question about my work I can still find the answer in this book.
