Dear Editor, I think principles of effective consulting should be focused on human interaction. Interaction analysis to consultant and client interactions, esp., verbal,non-verbal analysis tonic-toxic comunicative behavior positive types of communications. Consultants should be trained on sensitivity training, and can analyse customers(clients) affection. Cultural intelligence(CQ), is a prominent concern for international or overseas consultants. Global skills, mindful awareness of cultural dimensions, humankind, positively transactions are the best policy of effective, and world-class consulting. Thank you, Kampechara Puriparinya, U-MDC@TSU, Bangkok, Thailand.

Dr. Stroh's Trust Rules book and research reminds us all of the importance of trust to our work and personal lives. She outlines ways that we can work and live with people that we know are untrustworthy, but yet we are forced to deal with in some way. She reminds us that we need to understand that we need to learn to "mistrust" as well as "trust." The outcome of her extensive interviews is a Trust Rules Questionnaire that we can all use to assess who we can and can't trust in our work and personal lives. The book is a great read! '
