This book is the ultimate for beginning students. It covers exactly what you need to know and doesn't go too in-depth with the material so as not to confuse the student. When you understand the material in this book then it's time to move to a more comprehensive textbook. However, when bogged down in details, refer back to this book to get reoriented.
