Meet the Author

Born and raised in a polygamist commune, Lance Allred was the first the legally deaf player to play in the NBA when he was signed by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2008. He recounts that journey in his critically acclaimed first book LONGSHOT, with the sequel, Basketball Gods, picking up during his time in the NBA.
