This second collection of Batman villains solo tales is pretty good. Five separate stories which, for the most part, don't involve the Joker, are introduced by him. They each have different creative teams and due to there are different results. I really enjoyed the Harley Quinn, Mad Hatter, and Riddler tales. The Killer Croc story was unoriginal but graphically pleasing but the Clayface story let me down. Overall a good collection.
