With the Dark Emperor's hordes threatening the Great Wall once more, Sebastian finds himself on an apprentice's first journey to the guardian forts of the Wall. An uncomfortable trip to Windmeer fortress is made all the more difficult as his childhood bully, the wizard Magnus tags along. When friendship blooms with Yara, a female wizard that also has Magnus' eye, will Sebastian find himself fighting more than just the Dark One's hordes?

Meet the Author

After getting hooked on comic books at an early age, I began creating and drawing my own stories. Loving the action of superheroes, led to reading classical mythology and then to modern fantasy writers. Originally having a goal to one day become a pencil or ink artist, the story began to draw my interest more and more.
A dare from a friend led to my first novel of fantasy during my college years. Real life and regular jobs took over my days, but writing continued to be a passion for my nights. Going from writing in notebooks, soon I found my nights sitting behind the computer as one adventure after another took my fancy.
Battle Mage will be the first published novel, though there is over a thousand years of stories created for the world of Alus that I hope to have added to the list for my future readers. There will also be a companion blog (www.TalesofAlus.blogspot.com) that will have more short stories and sneak peaks into the world of Alus, as well as new art to go with the stories.
