Meet the Author

Greer Childers, fifty-four and a mother of three, developed the BodyFlex program and went from a size 16 to a size 4. I'm a 36-year old male of Asian Indian origin and I'm truly amazed at the results. Although it took me 3 weeks to see noticeable results, the regimen has helped me keep up with a toned body DESPITE my rather unhealthy diet. I do the regimen about 4 times a week, which is sufficient for me to look and feel good. You will not be disappointed for the meager $15 spent on the book. Cheers!

I have finally found something that really works. Yes, it kind of looks funny doing these exercises (especially the face) but man does it really work. I started doing these March of 2003 and now 2 months later I've lost 18 pounds and alot of inches off my body. I Feel Great. I'm so glad I've found Greer's workout. She really knows her stuff. Thanks Greer.

I bought this book in St. Petersburg, Russia. It is very popular there. I am a lazy person by nature, but in this book I found fun excersises that gave a great results. My tummy is flat now and I feel wonderful! I recently recovered from arthritis, but these excersises do not hurt anything at all. I am grateful to the author and would recommend this book for everyone! It really works!

After a hysterectomy in 1994 I have suffered from weight gain & moody symptoms and various other nagging problems. I have finally found something that makes me feel invigorated, healthy & something which I can manage with a family & hectic professional schedule..It works for me and I am COMPLETELY commited. I swear by this program and am a healthier and more productive person as a result.

I didn't really think it would work. But after one week I knew it did. I lost several inches in just one week. It only takes about 15 minutes a day, just like the book said. Try it... you will like it

Book is easy read, and interesting concept. Intellectually, probably with good eating habits and in conjunction with walking/swimming etc. could be a good fitness routine. However, because of the breathing techniques, and isometric and isotonic contractions, persons with Fibromyalgia could suffer flare. It also aggravates, TMJ suffers causing neck/shoulder and jaw pain and it is not a matter of NOT doing it correctly - Disappointed that there was not a consumer line to offer support or to answer questions.As far as quick fix...nothing is quite that easy. Probably in time and in conjunction with other aspects could be a nice fitness routine.

The book was entertaining and I was getting firmer. Unfortunately after doing this for months some of the moves damaged my hip joints & pelvic areas. I cannot recommend this book due to the constant pain I have endured from the injuries I received. My chiropracter told me to stop doing most of the exercises. I am a loser for sure after reading & doing the program. I've had to sit on ice packs for weeks and I can hardly move without pain.

I have been on this program for a few weeks and after the first week I noticed a significant difference. Much firmer! After two weeks I had lost several inches. Immediate results encourage rather than disappont. The results are quick and I have already recommended this program to family and friends. Say goodbye to my elliptical machine!!
