Advance Praise for Be a Network MarketIng Superstar

“I love this book! Everyone considering a part- or full-time career in network marketing should read it. It offers a road map to success that is very practical, simple, and duplicable. From beginning to end, Mary offers valuable insights from her unmatched experience in network marketing that will get results. It will be a favorite with new distributors, seasoned network marketing leaders, and corporate staff.”— Craig Dalley, Executive Director, US Sales, Nature’s Sunshine Products

“This book takes the mystery out of how to succeed in network marketing regardless of the product or service being sold and regardless of whether the primary selling and recruiting tactic is party plan or person-to-person. This book is not about hype, but is full of substantive advice, including interactive exercises to help one create an ‘action plan for success’ as they read the book. It will enhance the work and lives of network marketers everywhere. This book is also an easy read because Mary has a unique ability to share valuable experiences and guidelines in such a very concise way.”— John Fleming, Publisher and Editor in Chief, Direct Selling News

From the INTRODUCTION

Here’s how network marketing works: As an independent

representative (also known as a distributor, associate,

consultant, member, or business owner) you form a partnership

with a corporation that provides a product or service

along with administrative and marketing support. With the

corporation taking care of the back end of the business, you

are free to focus on the frontline actions that produce income.

Your income comes from selling products or services, and

from recruiting others to sell products or services. The

higher your total sales, the higher your income.

What makes network marketing so attractive is that it

costs almost nothing to start and very little to run. There is

no up-front capital investment required, apart from a small

outlay for a starter kit, so you can own your own business

without using your own funds or having to borrow capital.

There is no ceiling on what you can earn, and you don’t

have to sacrifice family and friends to join the highest echelon

of achievers.

Most network marketers run their business from home,

and they work it around their everyday life. Some opt to

supplement the household income by working their business

part-time while they, their spouse, or both of them continue

in traditional employment. For others, their network marketing

business is the sole source of household income.

Couples pooling their skills and resources to build a network

marketing business together are becoming more common,

allowing family to take center stage in their lives.

No one way works better than others. The point of network

marketing is to provide freedom and flexibility to fit

your personal ambitions and circumstances. What counts is

that you get to decide what’s best for your life.

Network Marketing Coaching Where Every Reader Wins

It would have been great to have had this book back in 1995 with my first exposure to Network Marketing/MLM. The good news is it is here now.

Even if you think you know all about this business and industry you have much to learn or bring back to the front of your mind by reading this book. As an example, within the first five pages Mary reveals the well kept secret of success. "The secret is.......there is NO secret! There are NO shortcuts! There are NO excuses! There are NO trophies for trying! Although knowledge is a powerful asset, knowledge translated into ACTION is the winning formula. Above all, BELIEVE you can do it." There are another 120 well written pages of great insight and she waste not a one sharing her front line experiences.

This quick, easy to read, book is presented as if the author is sitting across the kitchen table having coffee, pleasant conversation, sharing her personal insights, as if personally coaching you on the business. The goal, to save you time, money, trial and error, and heartache. 26 individual "lessons" make this book fun and a good reference resource. This "book" will NOT make you a "Network Marketing Superstar;" BUT, taking "action" on the knowledge and information may accomplish that goal.

I recommend this book as well worth the time and money invested, making you a better person, business person, sponsor, and mentor.

    Great read

This book did an amazing job of developing the framework needed for a strong business. This book is great for anyone looking to take their business to the next step or/and anyone looking to go back to the basics.

I've always believed success comes from doing the simple things well. I think Mary did a great job differentiating what is and is not important.
