    Short but inspiring.

I really like what this book says. I keep having to buy another copy after giving it to my friends as a small gift.

A master teacher on the compassionate face of mindfulness

Thich Nhat Hanh teaches us how to smile at all the confused content of the mind in stress; teaching us to embrace all with the compassionate space of mindful awareness. Well worth reading.
