    Funny!

My children love this book! I read it over and over to my 4 yr old, my 8 yr old loves hearing me read it or reading it on her own. Prelutsky's poems are hilarious, he is the best! We have several of his poetry books. The illustrations in this book are beautiful and colorful. Highly recommend this book!

    Visually Beautiful & Entertaining

I purchased this book to bring into my son's 2nd grade classroom as a "mystery reader". The children were captured by the whimsical and colorful illustrations and the funny subject matter. It was difficult to choose which poem to read as they are all fantastic. When he arrived home my son was thrilled to find out that I purchased the book and it was ours to keep. We use the extended activities on rainy days for fun!
