Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"Most how-to books are too technical or too shallow.  Don Fink manages to pen a unique combination of information, anecdotes, and readability.  I enjoyed the read and learned a few valuable tidbits in the process.  Well done!"  --Scott Tinley, two-time Ironman World Champion

"Don's book certainly made me think.  A truly complete book for all abilities in the sport of triathlon that leaves no subject untouched."  --Spencer Smith, three-time Triathlon World Champion

Positive, down to earth training book

This is my second copy of the book, I just gave the first one to my friend from Germany. The book is thorough and well organized. Don is a great coach with positive toughts and training style. I did my first half ironman in 2005 following the book and finished in great spirit and was able to teach a spinning class two days after the race! Highly recommended.

    my favorite tri book

From someone who is in the back end of the middle-of-the-pack, this is one of the best triathlon training books I've read. Complete and thorough. Very encouraging, upbeat and positive, yet not too much so. realistic in training programs. Well-written and organized. I've checked out alot of books and so far, this is my favorite Tri-book.
