This book only gives an overview of the contracting process and dedicates a lot of space to sample legal forms that will be of little use when you hire an attorney (as the author suggests). Lacks the details needed to progress with the actual building of a home. May be a good choice to help you decide if you really want to contract your own homeWas this review helpful?
