Since this is one of Schiffer's collector's books, you'll find values on most of the hundreds of beautiful color photos of beaded garments, garment details and accessories (including shoes). The introductory information, particularly historical, general technique (there are no how-to directions), and care is interesting.

But the real reason to own this book is he hundreds of ideas you'll get every time you look at the pictures. Have you dreamed of embroidering on lace with beads and sequins? You'll find several dozen examples ranging from relatively simple to amazing.
