For 10 years, Dr. Patrick Quillin (NutritionCancer.com) served as the Vice President of Nutrition for a major nationwide cancer hospital chain, followed by 5 years of clinical practice with cancer patients in San Diego.
He is an internationally respected expert in nutrition and cancer. He has earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees in nutrition and is a registered and licensed dietitian (RD & LD) and Certified Nutrition Specialist
(CNS) with the American College of Nutrition. In addition to his hundreds of media appearances and keynote presentations, he has been a consultant to the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Army Breast Cancer Research
Group, Scripps Clinic, La Costa Spa, and United States Department of Agriculture; taught college nutrition for 9 years, and worked as a hospital dietitian. His 17 health books have sold over 1.2 million copies. He edited the
textbook, ADJUVANT NUTRITION IN CANCER TREATMENT and organized 3 international symposia on "Adjuvant Nutrition in Cancer Treatment". Noreen Quillin contributed the cooking chapter with nutritious and delicious
