I started out a little skeptical of this book because the author was not a medical doctor, researcher, nor an authority figure; I kept reading and took everything with a grain of salt. I think the author has some interesting, logical, and most important, well-meaning points. I consider some comments written too extreme, but there are others that make me re-evaluate my food choices. I like this because you're always told what not to eat, but you don't hear too much about what to eat or where the source of food comes from is equally important.
