This is the best horror novel I've read since "Misery"

This is the best horror novel I've read since "Misery" by Stephen King and "Suffer the Children" by John Saul! I loved it so much I just purchased the paperback copy so I could have it to hold, although I may have to lock it in my safe to make sure Sterling Bronson doesn't escape, lol!

This was actually my first horror book (since elementary, remember R.L Stine??) and I loved it! I loved the way it was written (alternating chapters), I loved the characters (I have a love/hate relationship with Sterling), and I'd love to read a sequel (hint hint!)! I highly recommend this book to anyone! Don't miss out on a great book!

This book is the best book I have ever read. I have already read

This book is the best book I have ever read. I have already read it twice. It is a very fast-paced thriller/horror & I couldn't put it down. It also makes you realize how troubled & crazed some people really are. You almost feel bad for the main character, but you really feel bad for the victim, she has to endure so much. Very good book!!

An engaging, suspenseful, kinky and horrific novel written as se

An engaging, suspenseful, kinky and horrific novel written as seen in the perspective of both a serial killer and his victim. When I read this book for the first time I could not stop and put it down. It's fast paced and puts the reader in the twisted mind of a good looking serial killer that would grace the cover of GQ magazine. The story switches back and forth between the perspective of the serial killer and his victim. It's written in a realistic style that could have been told as a true story. Jared S. Anderson and Mimi A. Williams have crafted a terrifying story that takes a hold of the reader right from the very first chapter and takes them on a roller coaster ride through hell. You can't help but feel sympathy for his victim and pray she somehow finds a way out. You may find yourself reading with all the lights on and doors locked. Being this is the first novel from Jared S. Anderson, I'm very much looking forward to what he has in store for us next.

I was told that this book was like 50 Shades of Grey on steroids

I was told that this book was like 50 Shades of Grey on steroids, however, I have to disagree. This is nothing like 50 Shades. The world in Beautiful Monster is a far more serious and life-like one, and 50 Shades won't scare the hell out of you! Beautiful Monster not only dives into the darker side of kink, but it scours and exposes the cracks of a damaged, blackened human psyche as well.
In this novel, the characters are fascinating, the plot is relentless, and the way the authors will get you into the minds of both Sterling (the "beautiful monster") and Brenna (the victim)is as captivating as it is disquieting. This book will change the way you approach your own instincts, alter the way you see the people around you, and remind you that evil things sometimes wear the most beautiful masks.
I give this book five stars because it isn't often I pick up a novel, stay glued to it, and come out the other end changed like I did this one. There was a dangerous and naughty surprise on every page. Highly recommended. I look forward to reading more by both of these authors.
