Meet the Author

Cheryl enjoys children as a grandmother and an author. She and her husband, Walt, live in Duluth Minnesota with a large fluffy cat named Jasper. They are active skiers and hikers. She is the author of Beaver, Bear, Snowshoe Hare.

Anna Hess' work is well-known along Lake Superior's North Shore, and she has exhibited her work all over the US. She strives to reflect the beauty of the environment around her through her art and works in a variety of mediums, including in oils and mixed media. Anna and her partner, Jeff, live close to Lake Superior in Lutsen, Minnesota, in a home full of wonderful rocks and driftwood.
