I want my money back, plus I want the time it took me to read this trash back. Never again will I buy her books. If i wanted to read a porno I would buy playgirl. This plot line sucks, the whole sequence of events leaves a lot to be desired. If you are interested in more then just pale comparisons to Fifty Shades of Grey, dont buy this book. It was a complete waste of time and money.

It could be that I am jaded after reading 50 shades and too many knock off's like it so please keep that in mind. This is a spun out more of the same and the premise is starting to seem ridiculous even in fantasy world. A young virgin, gets deflowered, spanked and no bleeding or soreness to show for it as it happens multiple times in a span of hours.Then asks for seconds and thirds in the next 46 hours.
Ladies really???, As for men who can ejaculate that many times with seconds of recuperation in between truly a Ripley's Believe it or Not attraction!
Other than that I found myself thinking that if a male told me what to wear, eat, experience and barked at me at will, well lets just say if humanity depended upon my reproducing we would be extinct. No matter how you write it abuse of one's emotions and disrespect and at best rude is not the message we want females to fill their heads with as romantic. I have read Beth Kerry's work and purchased this book because I like her novels but she has sadly joined the ranks of selling out to this submissive-dominant theme in vogue at this time that has met its end with me. Why did I read it? Because I spent good money and it abates my cognitive dissonance. It is much like paying a ticket to a bad movie. You stay because it bothers you to throw away money twice.
Good Luck thinking this is passable literature. I gave 3 stars because I can not totally condemn a good writer on this book alone.

I thought this was a good book. It is the type I like - a lot. Beth Kery is a good writer and I've liked most of her books. I'm happy I waited to read this all as one book though - I think it would have lost something had I read it as a chapter by chapter novella.

Short story & good for a quick read. The main characters are likeable. The hero is tortured and needs to be loved but does not know how to do that. BDSM plays into the story. Once again the heroine, Francesca, is a virgin and the hero,Ian, must have her. At least in this book, Ian's wealth does not overwhelm the storyline. Francesca is not poor and weak, just unsure of herself and worth. Good ending! I am glad that I was able to buy it as a book rather as parts or series. Save me some money.
