    If you can not read it

    I was so upset yesterday when i could not open this book. I tried turning my nook off then on. Did not work, but then i remember a teck telling me to archive it then unarchive it. It opened right up! Hope this helps...

    rip off???

    I pre-ordered this book and it was supposed to be available today 9/11. I see that other readers are having trouble too, so i know for sure my Nook tablet is working okay. It's not fair that my credit card has been charged, but I am not able to read this book. Is B&N doing anything about this at all? Is this the right place to complain? I've been checking for this book all day today. Ugh!

    wait for the next one coming. for some people complain can't open the book, i feel the same at first, but try find the book icon in your nook library, don't click, the popup icon will show next to, click on read it should work.

    If you cant open...

    I archived it and then unarchived it, but still couldn't open, so then I powered off my nook (held in the power button)and now i can open it... not sure if you need to follow both steps, but they worked for me... now i have to read

    Trouble with nook

    Archive your book, then shut your nook of completely. Then you should be able to open it up. I was getting mad like eveyone else until I saw that someone said this worked for them. It worked for me too!!! Happy reading ;)

    In order to open my book I had to contact the Barnes & Nobel

    In order to open my book I had to contact the Barnes & Nobel customer service line they had to reset the book on my nook color. I can now get into it.
