better inspiration for courage and understanding

'become a better you journal' is a very small bestseller that I found very helpful in my life. joel osteen little book is small enough to fit in my jacket pocket. it has many scriptures that gave me some wonderful strength for my life as well as some inspirational comments along with some quotes by famous people and there is a small prayer at the end of each chapter of the book so as the arthur also gives the reader a place were they can open there own thoughts and find out what this book has done for you. this would make a wonderful gift idea for a friend or family member or soldier serving over seas and a great suggestion for a Bible study I plan to pass it on to my church members.
