The most inspiring book I've read this year.

A friend of mine recommended this book to me -- and am I ever glad she did! This turned out to be the most inspiring book I've read this year. I learned a lot from the author's experiences, and was inspired by her motivational style. I would recommend this book to anyone -- male and female alike -- who could benefit from having a mentor/coach who's 'been there, done that' walk you through her unique method of visioning, collaborating, planning and navigating.
