He is the author of Becoming a Healthy Church, Becoming a Healthy Disciple, and Becoming a Healthy Church Workbook
Dr. Stephen A. Macchia is founding president of Leadership Transformations, Inc. ( www.leadershiptransformations.org), a ministry serving the spiritual formation needs of leaders and teams in churches and ministries nationwide. He is also the director of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary's Pierce Center for Disciple-Building. Previously, he has served as president of Vision New England, the largest regional church renewal association in the country. The author of Becoming a Healthy Church ( www.healthychurch.net), Becoming a Healthy Church Workbook, Becoming a Healthy Disciple, and Becoming a Healthy Team, he is on the executive committee of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE).
