Colleen Imler is a communications and public relations professional by day and an advocate for mental health by night. Around the clock she is a mom, wife, sister, daughter and friend. She stays grounded and relaxed by being around animals and nature. Kayaking out on a lake is her happy place.?? She started volunteering with Postpartum Support International (PSI) in 2022 and served as a board member for the New Jersey chapter. Her passion for advocating for maternal mental health and navigating the postpartum experience stems from her own challenges transitioning into motherhood. After welcoming her daughter amid a global pandemic during the summer of 2020, she experienced postpartum depression and immediately sought out help.??
