    While this was well written, the whole book seemed to more about

    While this was well written, the whole book seemed to more about WHY you
    should be vegetarian. Why beans are better for you than lamb, etc. I
    had to read through a lot of information I didn't need in order to eek
    out some information about how to be vegetarian. It wasn't what I was
    expecting, anyway.

    Kudos to the authors

    This book goes into great detail to explain the intricacies of vegetarianism. Kudos to the authors for breaking down all the information in a way most people can understand. Very easy to follow and an enjoyable read.
