Different from the movie; a Fine story in it's own right

I saw the Disney movie adaptation of this story long before I ever read the book. The book is really quite different, but I enjoy them both. The writing is interesting and accessible for both young and young at heart readers. This book is truly a worthwhile read for anyone who enjoys fantasy.
