Book doesn't work and B & N refuses to fix the problem or issue a refund.

I am unable to read this book. When I click on a chapter, I am immediately kicked out of the book and back to my library. I am working with my local bricks and mortar B&N and they are trying to help, but so far, without success. We do know this -- the problem is not with my Nook, it is with the book.
