Overview

Caroline Fyffe returns to the windswept prairies of Wyoming with a beautiful story of rekindled love…

Thomas Donovan spent eight long years in prison, convicted of a crime he didn’t commit. Finally released, he returns home to Logan Meadows, Wyoming, to reclaim his life. What he finds, though, is his beloved family long gone and the townsfolk wary of an accused thief. The future looks bleak — until a former love becomes his unlikely champion in the community and reignites the fire in his guarded heart…

Hannah Hoskins was brokenhearted when Thom Donovan was sent away, but now the boy she loved has returned home a man — a man whom Hannah’s suitor, the town’s deputy sheriff, is determined to destroy. When a crime spree starts anew, suspicion immediately falls on Thom, and it’s up to Hannah to prove his innocence, earn him a second chance at life — and win them both a second chance at love.

Meet the Author

Caroline Fyffe was born in Waco, Texas, the first of many towns she would call home during her father’s career with the US Air Force. A horse aficionado from an early age, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from California State University-Chico before launching what would become a twenty-year career as an equine photographer. She began writing fiction to pass the time during long days in the show arena, channeling her love of horses and the Old West into a series of Western historicals. Her debut novel, Where the Wind Blows, won the Romance Writers of America’s prestigious Golden Heart Award as well as the Wisconsin RWA’s Write Touch Readers’ Award. She and her husband have two grown sons and live in Kentucky.

I love all books written by this author, but I especially liked

I love all books written by this author, but I especially liked this one. What a great story about a good hearted guy that had some bad breaks in life and the girl that always believed in him. Caroline has a way of bringing the characters to life. So far I have read all of her books and looking forward to more coming! Love those historical westerns.....

So excited to get my hands on this new book by Caroline Fyffe! S

So excited to get my hands on this new book by Caroline Fyffe! She once again wove a beautiful and inspiring story. This sweet romance can be a stand alone, but it is the 2nd in her Prairie Hearts series. It picks up about 3 years after "Where the Wind Blows" leaves off. We have new main characters, but also get to see into the lives of Chase and Jessie and their family.

Hanna is my favorite character in "Before the Larkspur Blooms." She is tenacious and doesn't give up on life or Thom. She is an inspiration to those of us who might have given up earlier or not had the confidence to hold out for what we want the most.

I look forward to even more books by Caroline Fyffe!
