Josh Lewis (Brooklyn, NY) is an actor, writer, and director in New York City. His most recent project, "DUMPED!," a feature film comedy which he wrote, produced, and codirected, is currently in postproduction. Lewis is also a member of the comedy group the Bert Fershners. He has appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and in commercials for burgers, beer, and gas.

This was a complete waste of time and money. I was so disappointed to discover only 10 pages total, very briefly explaining the steps to prepare yourself to run a 5K. That actually only took 3 pages, the rest was filler. Discovered more information on the internet for free! I am shocked this is even being marketed. Wish I could get a refund!
