This book does not go into great detail of the moves. It is great for beginners that need a little reminder. I've used it to help create a lesson plan where I wanted a breif description.

Thank you Tri Thong Dang for your work to educate all to the benefits of T'ai Chi. By explaining how T'ai Chi is much more than even a powerful health tool and martial art, doors are opened for even greater benefits.
