The example code provided in the first three chapters works fine. Once you get to chapter four that changes. It is possible to download the source code in the book from the publisher's Web site. The code does NOT match that given in the book (and it doesn't work, either). Submitting errata does not elicit a response from either the author or the publisher. I'm just thankful I bought the book through the "used books" link - I only wasted a little over $8.

I used to trust Apress publications, but no more. Did anyone proof read this waste of paper? Did anyone try the examples? NOTHING in the examples seems to work. Compare the "code" in here to anything in the official manual and you'll wonder if they came from the same planet. This rag is nearly...no scratch that, totally worthless. I want my money back but that won't be happening.
